Traditional wholesale and dropship are now both available through Soffee Design!

To better serve our clients, Soffee Design offers both wholesale and dropship. Minimum order for Wholesale is $600; 

How does dropship work?

Dropship:  Dropship is a retail fulfillment method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock. Retailers directly provide end customer orders and shipment details to us. We will ship the goods directly to the end customers. 

Why Should I choose dropship instead of traditional wholesale, or vice versa?

Most retailers make their profit on the difference between wholesale and retail prices. Under the traditional wholesale business model, average cost per item is lower, because the retailers must fulfil minimum order requirements $600. Under the dropship business model, retailers are responsible for their online stores without having to hold inventory. Since no minimum order is required, average cost per item for dropship orders is slight more expensive than wholesale orders. 

 

How do I pay on Soffeedesign.com ?

Soffeedesign.com uses wix's online transaction systems, which it enables safe and secure online payment.

Once quotation is confirmed from client's side, an email will be sent with a private payment link that is only viewable by the buyer and that is protected with a passcode. To pay through this link, every order requires the retailer to have a current credit card for transaction. Items will be shipped once the payment has been processed (usually within 24 hours).

 

Taxing on the dropship. 

All clients are required to fill out  Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate for the first time of buying. The retailers are obliged and responsible to their local Tax accordance. 

 

Shipping cost 

For both Wholesale and Dropship orders, all shipping cost will be estimated and included in the invoice. Feel free to reach out to our support team for any questions! 

 

Return policy?

Soffee Design provides a 7-day return policy during which an end consumer may return an item that is undamaged, with tags still attached (at their own expense).  We also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 7 days of the item being received.
